Medical Forms are due for all Scouts
- If you do not have a Medical Form (Parts A, B & C) dated in 2010, you need to submit one as soon as possible

(please make sure to use the Medical Form that is available at this link only)
- To make sure you have the right form, make sure it says "SFBAC" at the bottom of the form
- Hard copies of this form are also available from the Scoutmaster upon request

Backpacking at Castle Rock State Park, 9/3 to 9/5 (Fri-Sun)
- Meet at OLA at 4pm on Friday for 4:15pm departure
- It is about a 2.6 mile hike in and out
- Will call parents when we break camp on Sunday to provide ETA at OLA
- Download Permission Slip and turn in completed form by Wednesday, August 18th
- Patrol leaders please follow up with your patrol members a few days before Wednesday, August 18, to remind them to complete and turn in their permission slips
